Payment Terms:
          -  C.O.D.    (cashier's check or money order)
          -  C.O.D.     (company check with prior approval)
          -  Credit Card     (Mastercard or Visa)

Returned Checks:
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for checks returned for any reason.

Past Due Accounts:
A 1-1/2% monthly charge may assessed on all past due accounts.

Back Orders:
Out of stock items will be automatically back-ordered.   The customer will be responsible for any back-order cancellations.
